CARMEN T. INTING

More than 25 years of experience in designing of condominiums (residential, commercial and offices), hotels, resort houses, detached residences;
in housing and subdivision development;
in space planning and office fit-out, office complex master planning and management (including laboratories, medical clinics, culinary centers, parking areas, etc.), showrooms and institutional establishments (schools, training centers).

Participated in design development with the Hirsh Bedner International Design Team for hotel projects and Steven Leach Design Firm for office projects.

Headed building management and space planning at the San Miguel Corporation Head (SMC) Office Complex and subsidiaries. Spearheaded the adaptation and implementation of SMC Office Space and Design/Construction Standards to suit changing needs of the corporation, benchmarking these at par with global trends. Further expanded standardization of SMC Office Spaces as head of Planning and Facilities Management of San Miguel Properties Inc., to cover SMC’s local and Asian regional (Hongkong, Thailand, China, etc.) offices and subsidiaries. Took the lead in the upgrade and modernization of fit-out designs, overseeing supervision and project management to ensure compliance to design, budget and timetables.

Received Bachelor Degrees in Advertising, Interior Design and Architecture at the University of the Philippines and the Philippine School of Interior Design.
